Our greatest chance of finding you the right role is to get to know you personally. The best way to do this is to meet you as everybody is unique and what you are looking for is personal to you. We believe that by taking this time we will understand your skills and requirements from the off which really does help us ensure we are recommending the right options for you.
The registration process includes completing some standard forms, a couple of tests and an interview. The forms and tests don’t take very long, the main part of the process is the interview, this is where we establish the key information about you and what you are looking for in a role and your career.
We recruit for most positions based in an office such as: HR, Marketing, Accounts, Operations, Facilities, Reception, Sales, Customer Services, and so on. If in doubt please do call us and we can discuss whether we are the right consultancy for you.
Interviews can be a daunting and scary process for even the most confident of person. Something Peach has done since day one is to provide an interview brief and debrief. Our consultants have built long standing and strong relationships with many of our clients and in fact some of our clients class us as an extension of their HR Team. In order to make sure you feel at your most confident when going on interview, your Peach Consultant will go through the job with you thoroughly to ensure you understand what is required, they run through company information and interview format, including tips & techniques in order for you to get the best out of the interview.
Debrief
In order to manage the interview process thoroughly and successfully, we make sure you call us immediately after your interview to tell us your thoughts and level of interest. The information you give us at this stage could be crucial in the decision making process.
No problem at all – although many applicants only register with us, we are more than happy for you to keep your options open. All we ask is that you keep us in the picture about other job applications – that way we avoid any chances of doubling up which can be embarrassing and look unprofessional.
We will manage the process from there. Gaining feedback, learning from our clients your positives and then hopefully, all being well, arranging the next step in the process for you.
We attract our candidates through recommendations from both clients and candidates. We do at times have to advertise for a specific type of skill and it is at this point we use a national database and various job boards to attract a specific candidate for your particular need. In this instance we still will meet and interview the candidate on your behalf before you meet them.
We take pride in our company and in our roles as consultants. As we are an independent recruiter, our reputation is absolutely key and we have to work that little bit harder to impress. This means, we treat our clients and candidates alike, without one we wouldn’t have the other. We work as an extension of your HR team, we short list the applicants, listen to your needs and only send you the applicant(s) that fit your criteria. We do not want to waste your time with applicants sent on a ‘hope they stick’ attitude, and will only send you applicants we truly believe fit your role, team, company, ethics and long term goals of the business. With a team of consultants that have all worked for Peach for many years, we can also guarantee your account manager will work with you from day one and will manage your account with consistency and commitment throughout.
