Meet the Team
From your perspective, the fact that we have all been here for years means we know our market, our candidates, our clients, so you can be confident in us knowing our stuff. And if we don't know we'll be honest and tell you. Handling someone's career or recruitment needs is a responsibility which we take seriously and do our upmost every day to get it right.
What we're not so good at is selling ourselves. We don't believe in making dozens of cold calls which have no value, nor do we think it's right to introduce candidates to positions for which they're not suited. To us it's not a numbers game. Perhaps because of our approach, we get recommended, time and time again.
Yet again I've written about Peach without really telling you what we do so, and for the record, we're a Windsor based independent Recruitment Consultancy, established in 1989, placing temporary & permanent personnel across all sectors within office environments across West London and Berkshire. This ranges from supplying an Administrator to a sole trader to supplying an HR Specialist to an international business.
