Based in Windsor, this consumer goods company is looking for a German speaking Senior Customer Service Coordinator, managing a portfolio of clients in Europe with an emphasis on their German market. The purpose of the role is to ensure an exceptional B2B customer service, building long term business relationships, account management and providing support throughout the whole process, processing orders, dealing with queries and (at times) complaints.

Day to day duties will include:

  • being the 1st point of contact for specified accounts or region
  • processing customer orders, liaising with supply chain and demand planning regarding availability of stock to fulfil forecasted requirements
  • liaising with distribution, logistics providers and customer warehouses to ensure goods arrive on time
  • producing all relevant documentation and paperwork, shipping details, batch information, product certification etc
  • providing customers with quotes and pricing information
  • keeping master data updated at all times

We are looking for candidates who:

  • have previous experience in a similar position
  • ideally speak German or another language
  • have excellent customer service skills
  • have a good working knowledge of SAP and strong Excel skills
  • an understanding of dealing with clients in Europe and the implications of supplying following Brexit would be a distinct advantage
