I’m urgently recruiting for a Customer Service Coordinators to join this Customer Service team for a global organisation based on the trading estate in Slough, working in a prestigious and very friendly office environment. As a Customer Service Coordinator you will be providing a high level of B2B customer service, investigating the progress of orders and processing customer orders.
Day to day duties will include:
– Managing the customer service inbox, dealing with any enquiries when possible or escalating internally (pricing, stock availability, logistics etc)
– Assisting the team with order processing, processing complex customer orders
– Answering queries regarding pricing / invoicing/stock availability
– Acting as the 1st point of contact for any enquiries into the department
The role will be a busy role, working as part of a great team, ideally with an immediate start, although this is not essential.
